Execution of engineering - design and execution of construction works - 2 detached positions, and execution of construction works - 1 OP, by lot:
of Section II.1.1)
Main Site: Blagoevgrad Municipality.
According to the scope of the contract, the contractor must prepare working projects on all parts and carry outand the necessary construction and assembly works, as well as to carry out an author's supervision for building an object according to a license - quarantine building - 40 m, cells for monkeys, lions, wild boar, red deer, mouflon and lama.
1. Participants in Lot 1 and 2 should have insurance for the professional liability of the participants in a builderand design under Art. 171 of the TDA with the clause "Designer" and the "Constructor" clause covering the minimum insurance sum for this type of construction. Where foreign participants are involved, they shall have equivalent insurance with a limit covering the minimum sum insured under Art. 171 of the TDA. If the participant will use a team of individuals in civilian contracts I will performthe designer, the participant should declare the composition of the design team and the presence of the insurance under Art. 171 of the TDA for the design activity for each of the designers separately.
Participants under Lot No. 3 should have insurance for professional liability of the participants in the construction under Art. 171 of the Spatial Development Act with a "Constructor" clause covering the minimum insurance policymind for this type of construction. Where foreign participants are involved, they shall have equivalent insurance with a limit covering the minimum sum insured under Art. 171 of the Tertiary Territory
The existence of insurance is declared by the participant in EEDOP - part IV, section B "Economic and financial condition", item 5, and the participants under Lot 1 and 2 have to declare the presence ofStruggle with the Builder clause and the Designer clause, and participants in Lot No. 3 should declare the existence of a "Builder" clause.
Prior to signing the contract to demonstrate compliance with the selection criteria, the participant in Lot 1 and No 2 shall provide proof of the existence of a valid professional liability insurance for participants in a buildingthe art and design under Art. 171 of the TDA with the clause "Designer" and the "Constructor" clause covering the minimum insurance sum for this type of construction. Where foreign participants are involved, they shall provide a copy of an equivalent insurance document with a limit covering the minimum sum insured under Art. 171 of the Territorial Plan - if a team of persons is mentioned in the bid of the participantbut of the civil contracts that will carry out the design, proof of the existence of the insurance under Art. 171 of the Spatial Development Act for design activity shall be presented for each of the designers separately. In this case the participant shall submit the insurance under Art. 171 of the Tertiary Territory with "Constructor" clause

The participant, designated as contractor, before the conclusion of a contract, submits a performance guarantee in the amount of 5% of the value of the contract in one of the forms under Art. 111, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act
