Renovation, repair and maintenance work of the University of Western Attica

Estimated value of the contract is EUR 340 000, 00 including 24% VAT (excluding VAT budget: EUR 274 193.55, VAT: EUR 65 806.45)

This amount is not obligatory to be absorbed unless and when necessary

The term of the contract is twelve (12) months from the date of its signature and posting to KHIMDS.

2.2.1) Right to participate

1) Right to participate in the procedure at the conclusion of this Convention, they have natural or legal persons and, in the case of associations of economic operators, their members established in:

a) State - Member of the Union

b) State - Member of Europe(c) third countries that have signed and ratified the GPA, insofar as the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5; and the general notes on the Union Appendix I to this Agreement, and

(d) third countries not covered by subparagraph (c) of this paragraph and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements.Agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures.

2) Associations of economic operators, including temporary partnerships, are not required to submit a specific legal form for bidding., all its members are liable to the contracting authority jointly and severally.

4) Bidders should have their own understanding of the facilities of the University of Western Attica, and of the general condition and conditions of the University premises. For this reason, only those economic operators who have paid an on-site visit are eligible to participate, which will be confirmed by a letter from the Technical Services Directorate, which will be issued immediately.and will be included - excluding penalty - in the participation dossier. The site visit must take place no later than fifteen (15) days before the closing date for electronic bidding, following a written request from the interested party that is digitally signed and compulsorily submitted through the ESSD platform. and the time of the visitEach person concerned shall be designated by the reply of the competent authority. In the case of joint ventures or partnerships, one of its members may make the on-site visit.Subject of the contract

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union must be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their country of establishment or satisfy any other requirements set out in Annex XI to the Appendix 1 of Law 4412 / 2016.

In the case of economic operators established in CrMember - member of the European Economic Area (EEA) or third countries that have acceded to the SDS. or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in their respective professional or commercial registers.

Those established in GREECElegal entities are required to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or Chamber of Commerce or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material. have / provide:

1) Certificate from a recognized credit institutionfor the business credit rating, issued within the last 30 calendar days prior to the closing date for bidding, in accordance with Model III, Annex V. The candidate must have a credit worth equal to two hundred thousand (2) to deposit published financial statementsstatements or excerpts of published financial statements for the last three (3) financial years or for as long as they are active, if they are less required to compile financial statements:

i.a) where the tenderer is not required to draw up a balance sheet, provide copies of tax returns or receiptsE3, N forms or forms for the period corresponding to the three (3) uses or for as long as it carries out its operational activity, provided that it is shorter; bidder, during the three (3) prior years of the tender financial year or as long as he / she is operating, if it is smaller, it shall be at least EUR 600 000.00.

3) show an average profitability for the last three (3) management years or during their operating period, if less than three (3)

5) the candidate ifuninsured must have occupational risk insurance coverage in place.

The project relates to various maintenance, repairs and renovations, as well as local minor renovations of PADA buildings, according to the needs of the University, which will occur during the performance of the contract. These needs are not known at the time of writingof the present technical specification. These works do not relate to a specific site of the University, known at the time of the contractor`s installation, but to a limited extent local operations. These interventions may also involve the maintenance of a very limited section, in many different places.
