A) Assessment of the conformity of investment projects with the essential requirements for the construction works within the meaning of Article 142, paragraph 6, item 2 of the Spatial Planning Act in compliance with the requirements of Article 142, paragraph 5 of the Spatial Planning Act ;

B) Assessment of the conformity of the part "Constructive" to the investment projects within the meaning of Art. 142, para. 10 of the Spatial Planning Act;

C) Conformity assessment under Art. 169, para. 1, item 6 of the Spatial Planning Act of Invthe natural projects within the meaning of Art. 142, para. 11 of the Spatial Planning Act

Activity 2. Exercise of construction supervision during the construction, according to Art. 166 of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT) for a site: "Composting installation for separately collected green waste located on the territory of Slivnitsa municipality", including the accompanying infrastructure. The scope of construction activitiessupervision during construction is in accordance with Art. 168 of the Spatial Planning Act, including coordination of the construction process until the site is put into operation. for the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions when performing construction works.

Preparation of a technical passport withaccording to Art. 176a of the Spatial Planning Act and Ordinance No. 5 / 28.12.2006 and Preparation of a final report under Art. 168, para. 6 of the Spatial Planning Act

Exercise construction supervision during the removal of manifest hidden defects during the warranty periods, in accordance with Art. 168. para. 7 of the SPA. Where non-legal entities are involved, compliance with the selection criterion shall be demonstrated by each of the entities involved in the merger that will exercise construction supervision, according to the distribution ofthe participation of the persons in the performance of the activities provided for in the merger agreement.

When submitting the offer, the tenderer declares compliance with the requirement set out in item 2 by completing in part IV, section B, item 5), specifying the insurance amount of the concluded professional indemnity insurance, as well as its number and validity.

Under the conditions of Article 67, paragraph 5from the PPA, the contracting authority may require at any time after the opening of the tenders the submission of the documents proving the information specified in the EDES, when this is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure, namely: a certified copy of a valid insurance under Art. 171 of the Professional Liability Insurance Act with minimum insurance amount, in accordance with the Ordinance on the Terms and Conditionsfor compulsory insurance in the design and construction for each of the activities included in the subject matter of the contract (assessment of the conformity of the investment project with the essential requirements for the construction works and exercising construction supervision), with coverage for the second or higher category of construction works. Under the terms of Art. 112, para. 1, item 2 of the PPA, prior to the conclusion of the contract, the designated contractor prsubmits the documents referred to in the previous sentence (if they have not been presented by then)

Note: when for a valid reason a candidate or participant is unable to present the documents requested by the contracting authority, he / she can prove his / her economic and financial status with the help of any another document which the contracting authority considers appropriate.

1. The contracting authority shall remove from participation in a procedurethe participant for whom there are or have arisen before or during the procedure the grounds for removal under Art. 54, para. 1, items 1-7 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 5 of the Public Procurement Act, the conditions under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, the circumstances under Art. 3, Vol. 8 of ZIFODRUDRCLTDS, as well as the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Anti-Corruption and Forfeiture of Illicitly Acquired Property Act.When submitting the tender, the tenderer shall declare the absence or existence of the grounds for removal by submitting a digitally signed EDES. The information shall be indicated in the scope of Part III: "Grounds for exclusion" by the OEDOP.
