The 16.9 km long Gotthard road tunnel, which was opened in 1980, has had to undergo extensive refurbishment due to its age. Until the year 2010, a Global Conservation Concept (EC) was developed for the entire project perimeter, whereby the focus was on the consideration without the construction of a second tunnel tube (2TG). Eligibility Criterion 1 (EK1)
Technical Capability
For the Provider: 1 Reference project on completed work of the provider with comparable complexity and of the same Department that meets all the following requirements(b) rehabilitation of a Bergm-nnchen tunnel; (c) project on national roads, railways or high-speed roads, (d) phases of the concept of measures up to and including commissioning / completion under the National Road Order (NSA) or similar phases;
e) Investment volume of at least CHF 20 million (excluding VAT)If the required phases according to point d) are not provided with a reference project, a maximum of a second reference project can be supplemented. In this second reference project, the requirements a) to c) and e) must also be met.

In this second reference project, requirements a) to c) and e) must also be met.

One member of the project team of the provider has at least a B2 certificate in Italian according to CEFR or has Italian as mother tongue.
The client reserves the right to verify the language skills during negotiations.

The deadline for submission of an offer will therefore be extended by more than 10 days for all providers. Based on these measures, the companies mentioned above are admitted as providers in the procedure (Art. 21a VoeB).
7) The procurements of the different mandates are partly parallel and zidentical and partly serial.
