Procurement of Building Materials
It is provided in the technical specifications that are part of the tender documentation
Main Site : Free delivered warehouse of the Public Company City Cemetery Ohrid on street 15 Korpus b.b. or at another location on the territory of the Municipality of Ohrid determined by the Contracting Authority.

In order to prove the personal condition, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:
— statement of the economic operator that in the last five years an effective judgement was not passed for participation in a crime organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— certificate that a procedure for receivership is not initiated by a competent authority,
— certificate that a procedure for liquidation is not initiated by a competent authority,
— certificate for paid taxes, payroll taxes and other public expenses by a competent authority from the country where the economic operator is registered,
— certificate from the Register of Fines for crimes performed by legal entities that a second penalty prohibition of participation in procedures for public call, awarding Public Procurement Contracts and contracts for public private partnership, is not passed,
— certificate from the Register of Fines for crimes performed by legel entities that a second penalty temporary or permanent prohibition of performing separate activity, is not passed,
— certificate that a misdemeanor sanction is not passed by an effective judgement-prohibition of performing a profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition of performing separate activity.
