1.the order is to provide a training service for up to 250 people (including the provision of staff - trainers, equipped training room, training materials, accommodation, travel, meals), completed with an external exam, which will enable you to obtain a VCC (or equivalent) certificate and obtain qualifications in topics :

1. The object of the order is the performance of servicesand training for up to 250 people (including the provision of staff - trainers, equipped training room, training materials, accommodation, travel, meals), completed with an external exam, which will enable you to obtain a VCC (or equivalent) certificate and obtain qualifications in the following subjects:
• Website programming.
• Computer graphic.
Computer engineering CAD 2D and. Engineering-3D.
• Office programs in administration.
. Information and communication technologies in didactic work.
2. The recruitment for training will be continuous. The number of participants as part of individual trainings will depend on the interest of the persons to whom the Project is directed. The total number of people trained in all trainings will not exceed 250 people, however it is not the number of gwaranted, because the final number of people depends on the interest in the Project, which the Employer has no influence on.
3. As part of the implementation of the contract, the Contractor / subcontractor is obliged to be employed under a contract of employment, in accordance with art. 22 - 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 Labor Code (No. 2018 item 108, as amended).zkoleń, who, as part of the established employment relationship, will perform, among others the following activities: - organization of training, including the development of training schedules,
- supervision over the implementation of training,
- contact with the Employer.
The Employer does not specify specific conditions regarding the economic and financial situation of the Contractor. Art. 138g-138s of the Public Procurement Law Reservesopportunity to annul the proceedings on the basis of Art. 93 para. 1a Pzp. The Awarding Entity will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the contractor whose tender has been rated as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings. Contractors may participate in the proceedings, for which there are no grounds for exclusion from the proceedings based on Art. 24 sec. 1 pkt 12-23 and para. 5 points 1 of the Public Procurement Law. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the order, each of them must demonstrate that they are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings referred to in the preceding sentence.
Together with the offer the contractor will submit:
1) information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24 sec. 1 items 13, 14 and 21 of the Act, issued not earlier than 6-months prior to the deadline for submission of bids issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of bids;
2) excerpt from the relevant register or central registry and business information, if separate provisions require entry in the register or records, to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion based on Article. 24 sec. 5 point 1 of the Act - issued not earlyj) than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids;
3) the contractor's statement that the court has not been the subject of a final court decision or a final administrative decision on late payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums or - in the event of such a verdict or decision - documents confirming the payment of these receivables, including possible oneswith interest or fines or conclusion of a binding agreement on repayment of these claims, the model is provided in Annex 10 to the ToR,
4) the contractor's statement about the absence of a ruling against him as a preventive measure for the prohibition of applying for public orders is provided in Annex 10 to the Terms of Reference,
5) List of services with the inclusion of evidence determining whether these services fromhave been made or are being duly performed, whereby the evidence referred to are references or other documents issued by the entity for which the services were performed, and in the case of periodic or continuous services are performed, and if for a justified reason of an objective nature the contractor is not is able to obtain these documents - the contractor's statement; in case of witnessperiodical or continuous references or other documents confirming their proper implementation should be issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submitting bids or applications for admission to participate; The list of services should be submitted in accordance with the model constituting Annexe No. 8 to the ToR;
6) List of persons;
7) copies of supporting documents36-month professional experience of trainers, ie a photocopy of references, contracts, service acceptance protocols, work certificates, letters of recommendation, etc.,
8) documents specified in point 1-4 above and from par 9 par. 1 of the Regulation on the types of documents (Dz.U.2016.1126) regarding the entity providing resources;
9) sample of the training - presentation conducted by 2 trainers selected from amongpersons indicated on the page; 10) Offer form;
11) Initial statements about the absence of conditions for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions of participation - appendix to the ToR;
12) obligation of the entity providing resources; - 13) power of attorney. - Contractor whose offer will be assessed the highest will submit a sample of the training - a presentation conducted by 2 trainers selected from among the persons indicated in the Schedule - Requiredand concerning the above documents is included in the Ordinance of the Minister of Development of 26.7.2016 (Dz.U.2016.1126) on the types of documents that the contracting authority may request, including those relating to foreign entities and persons living outside of Poland.
