1. The subject matter of this order is "Implementation of group training" ECDL Profiles Digcomp 6 "along with accompanying services".

Main Site: Polska, wojewodztwoYork.

1. The subject of the order is to conduct computer training in Information and Communication Technologies compliant with the DIGCOMP 6 standard for 3 groups, ie 36 people (1 group = 12 people).

2. A detailed description of the subject of part 1 of the order is attached as Annex 1a to the ToR.

1. The Contractor may participate in the proceedings, for which there are no grounds for exclusion from the proceedings on the basise art. 24 sec. 1 item 13-23 of the Act, excluding the premises specified in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13 lit. d and point 14 of the Act on crime referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13 lit. d of the Act (premises for mandatory exclusion) and in art. 24 sec. 5 points 1, 5 and 6 of the Act (conditions for optional exclusion) and fulfilling the conditions for participation in the proceedings set out in clause 8.2 of the ToR.

2. According to art. 22 ust. 1b of the Act, the Contestants who meet the conditions set out by the Employer, regarding: - Competence or entitlements to conduct a specific professional activity may apply for the award of the Contract, if it results from separate regulations,

- Economic or financial situation,

- Technical capacity or professional.

3. The Awarding Entity did not specify the condition in the proceedings in questionparticipate in the proceedings regarding: competences or entitlements to conduct a specific professional activity, if it results from separate provisions.

4. The Procurer will exclude the Contractor from the proceedings for granting the order against which any of the conditions specified in art. 24 sec. 1 item 13-23 of the Act, excluding the premises specified in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13 lit. d) and point 14 offor the offenses referred to in Article 24 sec. 1 point 13 lit. d) of the Act and in art. 24 sec. 5 points 1, 5 and 6 of the Act

5. Contractor, within 3 days from the date of posting on the website information referred to in art. 86 par. 5 of the Act, provides the Employer with a declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 23 of the Act. With the submission of a statement, the Contractor may provide evidence that links with another Contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in the proceedings. In order to demonstrate that there are no grounds to exclude from the proceedings and to confirm that the conditions for participation in the proceedings are met, each of the Contractors shall submit a Single Document, the model of which is Annex 6 to the ToR. In order to pconfirmation of fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure The Contracting Authority informs that the Contractor may limit himself to a general statement regarding all eligibility criteria by completing the α section in part IV and does not have to fill in any of the other sections in Part IV of the Single Document. In the event of a joint application by contractors, the Single Document of compositioneach of the contractors jointly applying for the order.

8. The contracting party, prior to the order being awarded, will call the contractor whose offer has been best assessed, to submit within the prescribed period, not shorter than 10 days, valid as of the date of submitting statements or documents confirming the circumstances referred to in the Single Document.

9. For full information on the topict conditions of participation in the proceedings, grounds for exclusion and a full list of statements and documents confirming compliance with the conditions of participation in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion, due to the limited number of signs possible to be included in this announcement, please refer to the chapters of the SIWZ number: 8, 9 and 10.

The Awarding Entity did not specify the conditions in the procedureo participate in the proceedings regarding: the economic and financial situation.

1. Procedure for awarding the contract: unlimited tender.

2. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility referred to in art. 24 aa paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp).

3. Wherever the wording "Act" or "PPL Act" is used in the content of the advertisement, it should be understood - the Act of 29.1.2004. Lawpublic talks (ie OJ 2015, item 2164, as amended),

4. Each Contractor is obliged to secure his offer with a bid bond in the amount of: - - part 1 orders: PLN 170.00,

- part 2 orders: PLN 100.00,

- part 3 orders: PLN 160.00,

- part 4 orders: PLN 30.00.

5. The Contractor is obliged to attach to the offer a statement, valid as of the day of submitting the offers, that the Contractor: a) is not subject to the exclusionlearning; b) meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings; in the form of a single European order document (EAT). The Contracting Authority informs that on the website: https://www.uzp.gov.pl/baza-wiedzy/jednolity-europejski-dokument-zamowienia, there are: - Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/7 of 5.1.2016 laying down a standard form for a single European documentorders, - Instructions for completing the EED / ESPD, Editable version of the Uniform European Order Documents form (EAT), - Electronic filling tool JEDZ / ESPD.

6. Criteria for the evaluation of offers (weight of individual criteria, identical in all parts of the order):

- Price - weight 60%

- Substantive quality - weight 30%

- Social aspects - weight 10%

7. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement.
