1.the order is to provide a training service for up to 250 people (including the provision of staff - trainers, equipped training room, training materials, accommodation, travel, meals), completed with an external exam, which will enable you to obtain a VCC (or equivalent) certificate and obtain qualifications in topics :

The object of the order is the performance of the servicetraining for up to 250 people (including the provision of staff - trainers, equipped training room, training materials, accommodation, travel, meals), completed with an external exam, which will enable you to obtain a VCC (or equivalent) certificate and obtain qualifications in the following subjects:
• Website programming.
Computer graphic.
Computer engineering CAD 2Dand 3D.
• Office programs in administration.
• Information and communication technologies in didactic work.
2. The recruitment for training will be continuous. The number of participants as part of individual trainings will depend on the interest of the persons to whom the Project is directed. The total number of people trained in all trainings will not exceed 250 people. The ordering party does not specifywile conditions regarding the economic and financial situation of the Contractor.
The proceedings are conducted on the basis of Art. 138g-138s of the Public Procurement Law We reserve the right to cancel the proceedings based on Art. 93 para. 1a Pzp. The ordering party will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the contractor whose offer has been evaluated as the most advantageous, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditionsparticipation in the proceedings. Contractors may participate in the proceedings, for which there are no grounds for exclusion from the proceedings under Art. 24 sec. 1 item 12-23 and para. 5 points 1 of the PPL Act. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the order, each of them must demonstrate that they are not subject to the exclusion from the proceedings referred to in the preceding sentence.e the contractor will submit:
1) information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24 sec. 1 points 13, 14 and 21 of the Act, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of bids issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of bids;
2) excerpt from the relevant register or exchange of business records and information, if separate regulations youmagice entry in the register or records, in order to confirm the lack of grounds for exclusion under art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 of the Act - issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids;
3) a statement by the contractor about the lack of issuing a final court judgment or final administrative decision on default of payment of taxes, fees or premiums for social insuranceor - in the event of issuing such a verdict or decision - documents confirming the payment of these claims together with any interest or fines or conclusion of a binding agreement on repayment of such receivables, the declarative model is attached as Appendix 10 to the ToR;
4) the contractor's statement on the lack ruling against him as a preventive measure of the prohibitionfor applying for public orders, the model of the declaration is included in Annex 10 to the ToR;
5) List of services performed, and in the case of periodic or continuous services also performed, in the last 3 years before the deadline for submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter - in this period, together with their value, subject, performance dates and entities, forwhose services have been performed, and attaching evidence that these services have been performed or are duly performed, while the evidence referred to are references or other documents issued by the entity for which the services were performed, and in the case of periodic or continuous services are performed, and if for a justified reason about the objective nature of the contractorand he is unable to obtain these documents - the contractor's statement; in the case of periodic or continuous services, ongoing references or other documents confirming their proper implementation should be issued no earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submitting bids or applications for admission to participate; The list of services should be submitted in accordance with the specimenAnnex No. 8 to the ToR,
7) copies of documents confirming the 36-month professional experience of trainers, ie photocopies of references, contracts, service acceptance protocols, work certificates, letters of recommendation, etc.
8) documents specified in point 1-4 above and from par 9 par. 1 of the Regulation on the types of documents (Dz.U.2016.1126) regarding the entity providing resources - Requirements toconcerning the above documents is included in the Ordinance of the Minister of Development of 26.7.2016 (Dz.U.2016.1126) on the types of documents that the contracting authority may request, including those of foreign entities and people living outside of Poland.
The contractor will submit:
1 ) Offer form,
2) Initial statements about the absence of premises for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions of participation in accordance with appendix to the Terms of Reference,
3) List of persons,
4) commitment of the entity providing resources.
