Within the framework of the activities of its Infrastructure Service Design (ISC) department, the Services Directorate d`Infrastructure seeks expertise in the elaboration, revision and operational support of schemas directors Mainly dedicated to IT infrastructure.

Within the framework of the activities of its Infrastructure Services Design (ISC) department, the Infrastructure Services Department seeks expertise in the elaboration, revision and operational support of management schemas specifically for IT infrastructure.
The terms of reference determine several stages (cf. specifications, p. 3), each of which will be engaged only after the outcome of the previous phase deemed positive by the OCSIN and the obtaining of the necessary budget for each of them.
In addition the contracting authority reserves the right to modify the specifications of each phase, with the exception of the first of them, depending on the results obtained in the previous phases.
