Obtaining, building and operating a Security Operation Center (SOC)

The LUKS is looking for a partner (MSSP), who will be the first to assist the LUKS with the design, implementation, implementation and operation of a SOCsupported for the next 3 years. The preliminary study has shown that a hybrid operating model of the SOC for the LUKS is optimal. The LUKS will provide selected SOC services and use the existing expert knowledge to control the SOC and the incident response part. The duration of the SOC is 3 years from the end of the pilot operation, with the option of two timesge, annual extension. The LUKS provides the MSSP with data from existing log sources. Additional data sources can be installed by the MSSP after consultation with the LUKS. The log data must be analyzed automatically by the MSSP using SIEM. The MSSP is free to set up its own SIEM, built in its data centers and possibly also used by other customersInstallation.
