Acquisition of a hardware and software environment for the needs of CARL

The agglomeration community of the Riviera du Levant (CARL) wishes to acquire hardware and software environment to implement its Enterprise Content Management (ECM) hosting critical and sensitive data of its establishment et of its common members.
Main Site: The territory of the Riviera du Levant.
This market includes:
- a hardware solution in the form of a cluster,
- user licenses,
- a configuration of machines virtual, at least 5,
- a backup solution,
- installation services, parameterization, recipe,
- support services of virtualization and backup software, - a guarantee of the supplies and the support of the equipment.
Clauses of reexamen - complementary and supplementary execution (subject to provisions of CCAP). The contracting authority reserves the right to entrust to the successful tenderer, pursuant to Article 30.i.7 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts, marches for the purpose of carrying out prsimilar to those entrusted to it under the market in a negotiated procedure without publicity or competitive bidding. The period during which these new marches may be concluded may not exceed 3 years from the notification of this contract. In accordance with Article 139 of the DMP, it is possible to modify the current market, and to provideand additional services, where the modification, which must in all cases remain below 50% of the amount of the initial contract, would be impossible for economic or technical reasons by a new call for competition to conclude a new market or be inconvenient major or would result in a substantial increase in costs for the buyer.
