Infogerance for CEA / DAM Military Applications Directorate

The provision of IT services on behalf of the CEA's Military Applications Division (CEA / DAM) is composed of operations, maintenance and operational activities.security of information systems, on the other hand activities to implement changes in these information systems.

The provision of information on behalf of the Directorate of Military Applications CEA consists of:

- activities contributing to the support and maintenance in operational and security conditions of the services constituting the information systems.on the other hand to the management of the needs and solicitations of the users of these services. Run's activities include incident management (including hardware repair), user request management, and standard production request management, and activities related to the development of information system evolutions. add, modify or suppressure of services. Build's activities integrate the analysis of evolution needs, the elaboration of changes to meet them, their coordination and their technical realization. Projects are however excluded from the perimeter of the Build.

These two activities will be realized through 6 technical groups of service:

1) transversal services: center of services, supervision, management of-IT, problem management, inventory, knowledge management and documentation;

2) services related to the user environment (workstations and peripherals, software);

3) services related to application solutions;

4) services related to system infrastructures;

5) services related to network infrastructures;

6) coordination services for activities-Build and Run.

All these services will take place during the opening hours of the centers but may also be requested for penalty payments and interventions outside opening hours.

The services include the following hardware, systems and software:

I) materials:

- fixed or portable workstations (desktops, scientific posts, control postse-command, light terminals, ...),

- peripherals (printers, scanners, ...),

- servers and clusters (mail, file management, calculation, applications, security, ...) [DELL, IBM, HP, SUN, Arkoon, Juniper],

- network active hardware [Cisco, Alcatel, HP ...],

- storage devices (bays, backup robots, external disks, ...) [Storagetek, Netapp],

- videoprojectors and visioconfer systems

II) systems, software and applications

- Windows and Linux systems,

- software: office [Microsoft], CAD, development, scientific (matlab, autocad, ...), control command, national CEA applications (mainly HR and financial ), etc.,

- operating tools (backups, supervision, scheduling, ...),

- databases [Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase],

- administrative softwaressystem management (virtualisation, high availability, ...),

- remote handshake tool,

- IT service management tool (records management, asset management, documentary referential, ...) [HP Service Manager for example] .

The service center as well as an application and system infrastructure are positioned in the Paris region (on the site of Bruyeres-le-Chatel) destinedThe other services are mainly carried out on the 5 centers of the CEA / DAM according to the distribution below:

- the site of Bruyeres-le-Chatel 30 km south of Paris - 2 000 people,

- the site of the Cesta 30 km south of Bordeaux 1, 600 people,

- the Valduc site 45km from Dijon 1, 200 people,

- the Ripault site 15km from Tours - 800 people,

- the site Gramat 60 km from Brive - 350 people.

Some services can also be performed on sites:

- Cadarache 40 km from Aix-en-Provence,

- Ponant in Paris,

- Saclay to 20km from Paris,

- Long Island 60 km from Brest.

These services relate to 4 main physical networks composed of Vlan and private networks with about 20000 workstations, 300 solutions ap900), 2000 printers distributed on the centers.

I) submission of applications:

1) the applicant companies must provide in support of their application:

The same steps must be engaged for the associated companies, in case of candidacy in a momentary grouping of companies or subcontractors approached by candidates for this market.
