Ersatzbeschaffung Chauffeur-P) will jointly procure the future solution for the operated chauffeur and ticket vending machines. The project management for the procurement has vbl. Main site: Verkehrsbetriebe Luzern AG, Verbundgebiet Passepartout (Cantons OW, NW and LU)
The transport companies Auto AG Rothenburg (AAGR), Rottal Auto AG (ARAG) and Verkehrsbetriebe Lucerne AG (vbl) of the Operating company ITV PP (BG ITV PP) will jointly procure the future solution for the operated chauffeur and ticket vending machines. The project management for the procurement has vbl.
The project includes:
- Evaluation and definition of the HW for the operated chauffeur and counter sales, as well as a binding quotation for the HW. The procurement of the HW becomes the vbl according to that specified by the offerer-Make offer yourself. Spare parts are operated by vbl itself. The HW interfaces at the module level are to be disclosed,
- The quantity order is 150 pieces / - 20% for chauffeur sales and as an option 20 pieces / - 20% for the ticket sale,
- Provision of SW. The entire SW source code must be disclosed.
- The connection to the national NOVA platform funktioniPartial offers are not permitted.
Other information: During the offer phase, all providers will be granted half a day to visit the existing chauffeur and counter sales equipment by arrangement with Verkehrsbetriebe Luzern AG. Prerequisite is the receipt of payment of the protection fee at the Verkehrsbetriebe Luzern AG. The AnbieAn appeal must be lodged in writing within ten days from the date of publication of this notice to the Cantonal Court of the Canton of Lucerne, 4th department, Obergrundstrasse 46, 6002 Lucerne. The appeal period must be submitted in duplicate, it must have an application and its reasoning-contain. The evidence must be precisely identified and enclosed.
Final date / comments: the offer must have arrived in full in the named place at the said time in order to maintain its timeliness; the date of the postmark is not enough. Any incomplete or incomplete offers will not be considered. The responsibility that that-Offer arrives timely and completely with the customer, lies with the offerer.
Remarks (date for written questions) Questions of the offerer are to be put in writing by E-Mail. Missed requests will no longer be answered. No telephone or oral information is given. The answers will be anonymised to all interested parties, who will find the tender submission
