IndicaAppeals must be lodged with the Administrative Court of the Cantonal Court within 10 days of its notification. The appeal has no suspensive effect. The President of the Administrative Court may, ex officio or on request, grant suspensive effect to the appeal. The appeal must in any case contain a concise statement of facts, facts, and evidence, as well as the statement of conclusions. The impugned decision and the documents serving as evidence in the possession of the Appellant must be attached to the appeal. The appeal must be dated and signed by the Appellant or his agent (Article 127 CPA). Failure to comply with these provisions may result in the inadmissibility of the appeal.

Closing time for filing offres / Remarks: the Adjudicator will take into consideration only those tenders which respect the conditions for participation, namely the tenders which have been signed and dated within the prescribed time, in the form and at the address given.
