The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery to the Employer`s headquarters of computer equipment and software with technical, functional and functional parameters described in detail in Annex 1 to the ToR "Detailed description of the subject of the order, minimum required parameters".
Main Site: The Main School of ServiceŻarnicza St. Słowackiego 52/54, 01-629 Warsaw, POLAND.
The subject of the contract is the delivery to the headquarters of the Employer of a disk matrix (1 item) with technical, functional and functional parameters described in detail in Annex 1 to the ToR "Description of the subject of the contract, minimum equipment parameters required."
1. The contracting authority informs that it will be in the said procedurethe procedure used in art. 24 aa of the Public Procurement Law
2. Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure and are not subject to exclusion on the terms described in the ToR
3 may apply for the contract. The Contractor is obliged to submit an offer together with the required documents and information in accordance with the requirements set out in the ToR and the Act of the Public Procurement Law
4. Communication between the contracting authorityand contractors, including the transmission of all declarations, applications, notifications and information, will take place in electronic form via the electronic platform (tab "Correspondence with contractors"). The date of receipt of the statements, applications, notifications and information shall be the date they are posted on the platform.
6. The proceedings will be conducted in Polish.
