The detailed specification of the subject matter of the contract forms part of Part D. Description of the subject matter of the contractual documents for the tender documents. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. Fulfillment of participation requirement according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (e) and (f) of the Act, the member of the group shall only prove in respect of that part of the subject-matter of the contract which he is to secure me. The applicant must prove financial and economic status by submitting the following documents pursuant to - 33 para. a) of the Public Procurement Act:

The contracting authority`s profile set up in an electronic repository on the website of the Public Procurement Office`s website contains information on the Elena`s public portal where all the information on the public tender will be available. The tenderer may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation specified by the contracting authority in point III. 1.1), III.1.2) and III. 1.3) of this notice and in Part D. of the tender documents by the Single European Document (hereinafter referred to as "JED"). The contracting authority declares that the economic operator is within the scope of Part IV. JED-uOnly the "alpha" section is entitled to complete the "Conditions of Participation".
