Applicant and its possible subcontractors or promise providers (- 33 (2); - 34 (3) of the PPA ) must be eligibleparticipation in personal status according to the provisions of - 32 para. 1 Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain conclusions, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the FTA). Their fulfillment proves according to - 32 par. 2 law, respectively. according to - 32 par. 4 and 5 of the PPA by submitting original documents or certified copies thereof. The conditions of participation are determined exhaustivelyaccording to - 32 of the Act. A group of suppliers shall prove the fulfillment of the conditions of participation according to - 32 of the Act for each member of the group separately. Fulfillment of participation requirement according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (e) A GP shall be demonstrated by a member of the group only in respect of that part of the subject of the contract which he is to secure me. Applicant entered in the List of Economic Entities pursuant to Section 152 of the Act or in similar lists in the case of a foreign applicant, is not obliged to submit documents in the process of public procurement to prove fulfillment of the conditions of participation concerning personal status according to - 32 par. 2 ZVO. If the tenderer fails to submit the documents in the tender or fails to submit them at the request of the Commission for the evaluation of the tenders according to the above requirements, or fails to comply with the requirements in question, it will be excluded from the procurement. Justification of adequacyConditions of participation: The conditions of participation concerning personal status arise from - 32 and - 38 par. 1 ZVO. These provisions are exhaustive and must therefore be fully applied by the contracting authority. Summary Guidance and Notice for III.1.1); III.1.2) and for III.1.3). Pursuant to Section 39 of the PPA, the tenderer may provisionally replace documents proving that the conditions for participation have been fulfilled pursuant to Section 32; - 33; Section 34 of the Act on Public Procurementthe European Single Document (JED). The contracting entity permits that the tenderer may only mark the alpha parameter Global Global for all conditions of Part IV JED without having to fill in other sections of Part IV JED. 3. All other mutual rights and obligations as well as all formal, content and public procurement requirements shall be included in the tender documents. 5. Note: The procuring organization warns candidates and tenderers that it applies the reverse procedure according to - 66 par. 7 of the Public Procurement Act, i. Sunday bid for parts (bidders will submit the bid in 1 bid without dividing them into the Other part and the Criteria part). Fulfillment of the conditions of participation will be evaluated only after the evaluationsuccess of offers. Under Article 54 of the Public Procurement Act, the opening of tenders is not public because of the fact that the contracting organization will use an electronic auction when awarding the tender. Only the committee appointed to open and evaluate tenders without the presence of tenderers will participate in the opening of tenders.
