Acquisition of computer hardware - multi-attribute framework agreement with subsequent contracts
This framework agreement governs the procedures for the award of subsequent contracts, covering the Acquisition of the following supplies: Subsequent multi-attribute framework agreement relating to the acquisitioncomputer hardware. The framework agreement is broken down into 3 lots:
Main Site: Alexandre Israel place, 10000 Troyes.
Desktop computers, laptops, screens, printers, scanners, accessories.
Conditions of submission of tenders or applications: conditions of sending and delivery of plies only electronically. In accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2132-7 of the Code de la comAll communications and all information exchanges within the framework of the present award procedure shall be made by electronic means of communication. Consequently, the candidates will have to transmit, within the framework of the present consultation, their application and their offer electronically, according to the modalities indicated below.
Transmission on paper
Paper transmission is prohibited. Any paper offer will be considered an irregular offer that can not be regulated. Thus, any paper offer received within the direction of the public order, will be sent by post to the candidate evince. Only those backup copies will be accepted in accordance with Article 10 of this Regulation.consultation
Electronic transmission
Each candidate must send his application and his offer electronically only, to the following address: http://www.xmarches.fr before the dates and times of receipt of the offers indicated in cover page of the regulation of the consultation. Tenderers must take account of the information provided in this10 of this consultation regulation, in order to ensure the best possible outcome of the dematerialized procedure. Applicants must apply the same method of transmission to all documents sent to the contracting authority. By cons, the transmission of the folds on an electronic physical medium (CD-ROM, USB key ...) is not allowed. In accordance with Article R. 2151-6 of the Code ofpublic tender, the tenderer transmits his tender at one time. If several tenders are successively submitted by the same tenderer, only the last tender received by the buyer within the fixed time limit for the submission of tenders is opened. The fold can be duplicated with a backup copy transmitted within the time limits, on electronic physical medium (CD-ROM, USB key ...)or on paper. Refer to Article 10 of the rules of the consultation.

The powerThe contracting authority reserves the right to send details of the consultation file no later than 6 calendar days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Candidates will then have to reply on the basis of the amended consultation file without being able to make any claims in this respect. If, during the examination of the file by the candidates, the deadline fixed for thesubmission of tenders is postponed, the preceding provision is applicable on the basis of this new date
