CPV Description: Computer equipment and supplies - Supply, installation and demonstration of equipment for Information and Communication Technology (IT) equipment, supply and installation of ICT equipment, preschool, primary and secondary schools, of the Region of Epirus., pre-school, primary and secondary schools, the Prefectures of Arta, Thesprotia, JoanVineyards and Preveza, of the Region of Epirus, to enhance the use of digital technology during teaching, pre-primary, primary and secondary education. Goods to be procured: The physical object of the project consists in the supply, installation and demonstration of the operation of IT and communication equipment (ICT), pre-school, primary schoolas well as secondary education, of the Prefectures of Arta, Thesprotia, Ioannina and Preveza, of the Region of Epirus, for the enhancement of the use of digital technology during teaching, pre-primary, primary and secondary education. E., covering the needs of digital technology, at all stages of educationprocess, so that the school can cope with the technologically evolving educational and training requirements imposed by the modern age. The contractor shall deliver the equipment within nine (9) months of signing the contract as set out in Annex I of the declaration and delivery points listed in the tables in Annex IVThe economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of the procurement. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers maintained in the-their state of establishment or satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS, or in third countries which do not fall under the previous case and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements-Agreements with the Union on procurement procedures are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.

Also:

A1) Producers of electrical and electronic equipment (HN) are required to be registeredthe National Producers' Register (Ε.Π.Α.), according to the Ministry of Agriculture. (A) Distributors are required to dispose of UN products, whose producers are registered in the Producers' Register under Article 17 of the United States of America No 181504/2016 (Government Gazette 2454B). (B) Packaging producers, producers or managers of other products are required to have fulfilledthe obligations arising from Article 4B of Law 2939/01, as amended and in force.

B2) Transporters of packaged products are obliged not to dispose of products whose producers have not fulfilled the obligations under Article 4B of Law 2939/01, as amended and in force.

The economic operators or members of the association cumulatively should have an annual average-the turnover of the three (3) last, before the competition, for financial years, greater than 100% of the budget of the subcontracted project (excluding VAT)

If the economic operator is active for a period shorter than 3 financial years, then the average turnover, for those economic uses, should be greater than 100% of the project budget
