Rental contract for computer hardware and related services to be carried out on behalf of EDF SA and Enedis SA; EDF SA is mandated by Enedis SA

Framework contract for the rental of IT equipment and associated services to be carried out on behalf of EDF SA and Enedis SA; EDF SA is mandated by Enedis SA

The framework contracts must allow thecompany (EDF SA, its subsidiaries and Enedis SA), to rent the computer and printing materials necessary for its missions.

These framework contracts must also allow the same entities to recover and recycle materials of the same categories belonging to them. in accordance with ISO-14.001, ISO-27.001 and WEEE compliance.

The applicant must provide a declaration on thehonor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relative to the public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a consortium and, where appropriate by the subcontractors.

The candidate must submit an extract from the rerelevant case, less than three months old, such as an extract from Kbis, or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin or establishment of the candidate. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of the candidate group.

If the candidate is in receivership, he must produce the copy-the judgment or judgments pronounced to justify that it is entitled to continue its activities during the duration of the execution of the market. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of the applicant group.

The candidate must provide the certificates issued by the competent administrations and bodies proving that he has satisfied his fiscal and social obligationses. These certificates are to be provided by the individual candidates and by each of the members of the applicant group.
