The contract consists of the supply of: A3 laser multifunction laser, multifunctional laser (A4), multifunction monochrome laser A4 and A3 color scanner
Amount:
- multifunction laser color laser A3 = 1 piece,
- multifunction laser (A3) = 3 pcs., - multifunction monochrome laser A4 = 10 pcs.,
- color scanner A3 = 3 pcs.
Any economic operator who has submitted the offer individually or in combination, subcontractor or third party, must not be in any of the situations provided by art. 59 and 60 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

1) The bidders, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. In this respect, DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be presat the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked first in the ranking drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders.
These documents may be:
(a) Certificate of absence of overdue debts in respect of payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the budget generally consolidated at the time of presentation, (b) The eco court criminal recordand the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operator, or those having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / c) where appropriate, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations providedute of art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of the Public Procurement Law 98/2016,
(d) other editorial documents, as the case may be.
Prior to awarding the contract to the economic operator who will rank first after applying the award criterion they will submit in the SEAP updated supporting documents to demonstrate the fulfillment of all qualifying criteriahas, according to the information contained in the DUAE signed with electronic signature.
1) Statement regarding non-compliance with the provisions of art. 59 and 60 of Law no. 98/2016 (Form 4 of the Forms template file); 2) Fiscal attestation issued by the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) for the fulfillment of the obligations to pay the taxes, taxes and contributionssocial insurance to the budgets of the consolidated general budget, in accordance with the legal provisions in force in Romania or in the country where it is established; 3) Fiscal certificate issued by the Local Taxes Directorate, in order to fulfill the payment obligations to the local budget.
If the first ranked bid is submitted by an affiliate, each affiliate (including-The above documents will be presented by each Associate, in the event that the bid placed on the first place will be the offer of an association, subcontractors or third party support for the technical and / or professional capacity in accordance with with the provisions of art. 60 of the Law no. 98 / 2016.
The economic operators submitting the tender must proveas a form of registration as a legal person under the law of the country of residence, from which it appears that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of establishment and that he has the professional capacity to achieve the activities covered by the respective contract for each batch for which the tender is submitted-Completion:

If the first ranked offers are priced and equal delivery term, the contracting authority will request clarification through the intermediary of S.E.P. for the electronic upload by the bidders of documents containing new prices and delivery times or offline if there is no technical possibility-for the submission in SEAP of new financial offers in encrypted form, for technical reasons attributable to the SEAP operator. Delivery prices and delivery times can not be higher than the original ones
