The achievement of the overall goal in the realization of the project will be realized through the following specific objectives, corresponding to of the activities planned under the project:

Main Site: The Administrative Building of the Ministry of Environment and Water on 22 Knyaginya Mariya Luiza Blvd.

BaseThe activities that form the scope of the project are the following:

- Activity 1 "Carrying out a comprehensive analysis of hydrogeological reports and their maps and manual elaboration"

Activity 2 Digitization Activity 3 Analysis, study and design of an information system for building, storage and management of electronic document masses,

Activity 4 "Development, Implementationand the integration of the information system and the created electronic archive. Acceptance of the system ", - Activity 5" Training ".

The assignor does not impose requirements related to the fitness for exercise of professional activity

The participant must have realized:

1. a minimum total turnover of at least 1 000 000 (one million) BGN for the last 3 completed financial years (2015, 2016. and 2017) depending on the date on which the participant was established or started its activity; minimum turnover in the scope of the contract calculated on the basis of annual turnover of at least 500, 000 (five hundred thousand) BGN for the last 3 completed financial years (2015, 2016 and 2017) depending on the the date on which the participant was established or started the activity-For the purpose of this contract, under turnover "within the scope of the contract" shall be understood the realized turnover from performing services / activities related to the design, development and implementation of a software system and / or scanning and indexing of The Single European Procurement Document should be submitted only electronically (EDEDOP), signatureby all persons, in accordance with Art. 54, para. 3 of the Public Procurement Act

A participant who does not submit a technical proposal or fails to comply with the announced terms of the contract will be removed from participation in the procurement procedure on the grounds of Art. 107, item 2, b. "A" of the PPL.

A participant who does not submit a bid or does not meet the stated terms of the contract will be removedart. 107, item 2, b. "A" of the PPA.
