The Diversitymobility, the growing need for fine and tailor-made management, the massive arrival of new information and communication technologies in the transport sector, the increasingly advanced digitization of on-board the number of subjects to be dealt with in the field of digital information systems, for the management of traffic flowsics of the Lyon Metropole.

In the field of transport, the increasingly advanced digitization of on-board equipment has greatly increased the number of subjects to be treated in the field ofe digital information systems, for the traffic flow management of the Metropole de Lyon.

The purpose of the market is to enable the masters of the information systems traffic flow management information of the Metropole de Lyon. Lyon to delegate to the holder of the chosen missions, in order to be able to deal with more subjects, when the number and the deadlines require it. The spectrum of missions pThe most important tasks covered by the project are the full scope of the tasks that can be performed by a project manager in the context of implementing, developing, or operating information systems both from a functional and a technical point of view.

Precisions:

- if the candidate provides the DC1 print, he must also provide the attestation on the honor relative to the respect of the provisions of the code of work ci above, or use the Metropole model attached to the consultation file, which is valid for bans on bidding and for compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L.5212-11 of the Labor Code. Compliance with the employment obligations of disabled workers applies to all employers, employing at least 20 employees, including public industrial and commercial establishments (Article L. 5212-1 Labor Code),

- if the candidate is a group of economic operators, each member of the group must provide a declaration on the honor,

- the candidatemust inform the purchaser without delay of any change during the procedure, of its situation with regard to articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-11 CCP.

Statement on the turnover: declaration concerning the global turnover and the turnover of supplies, services subject to the market, realized during the last 3 available financial years or equivalent documents if the candidate isObjectively in the impossibility to provide these requests.
