Occupational health and safety services ROC Mondriaan

ROC Mondriaan intends to conclude a framework agreement with a supplier of health and safety services as referred to in this registration guide. This European tender is carried out according to the Public Procurement Act 2012. The tender is carried out according to the public procedure. The-the contract is awarded to the tenderer with the best price-quality ratio.

In 2013, the re-introduction of the behavioral model with the support of Falke and Verbaan started. Absenteeism targets have been set and the management and advisers of Mondrian have been trained in acting in accordance with this model. The employees have been informed about the vision and their role and responsibilityj default. In 2015, Mondrian also started the own-management model, where, among other things, the frequency of the consultation time of the company doctor is determined by the supervisor if he / she has a specific request for advice. The consulting hours of the company doctor take place at various locations (seven in total) of Mondriaan.

There are certainly still steps to be taken, for example by the director's role of the-to emphasize management even more. We see, in addition to our internal advisers, a coaching role for the company doctor.

ROC Mondriaan therefore seeks a health and safety service provider whose occupational physicians have experience in guiding organizations in the so-called self-management model. ROC Mondrian means: 1, under the own-management model. The organization has full control over het absenteeism process.
