The subject of the public procurement is to ensure the continuous provision of services in the anti-personnel and anti-toxic guns within the meaning of - 89a and nasl. Act No. 373/2011 Coll., on specific health services, as later amendedtheir regulations, for the territories of the whole Pilsen region in 2019 and 2020, in the range of min. 10 beds for approximately 1700 persons / year. Captured by the service is a health service provided to a person who, under the influence of alcohol or other habitual means, does not control his or her own life and that he or she immediately threatens himself or another person, property or public appearances.the provision of uninterrupted provision of services shall take place in the anti-smoking and anti-toxicological facilities within the meaning of Section 89a et seq. Act No. 373/2011 Coll., on specific health services, as amended, for the territories of the whole Pilsen region in 2019 and 2020, in the range of min. 10 beds for approximately 1700 persons / year. A health service is provided to a person who, by means of the serviceunder the influence of alcohol or other habitual practices does not control his / her own life and he / she immediately threatens himself or another person, property or public order.
