The purpose of the contract is to provide the service of domestic activities and personnel that make up the Home Help Service, with the scope, content and transience that are maintained in the Pl ClAdministrative ausulas, the Technical Prescriptions, as well as the report submitted by the tenderer and approved by the city council and that will bind the parties and cover a contractual nature.
