Supply of an event management audio / video system in the rooms of the Kriminalpolizei St. Gallen. The present call for tenders includes the supply4k Technology.

Delivery of an audio / video system for the event management in the control rooms of the St. Gallen Criminal Investigation Department. This call for tenders includes the delivery and installation of the required audio / video equipment in 4k technology.

Basic procedural rules: For the tendering procedure, the Regulation on oeffpublic procurement of the canton of St.Gallen (VoeB) of 21.4.1998. An open procedure according to Art. 13 VoeB is applied.
Other information: The submission is carried out by the cantonal police of St.Gallen. According to IVoeB, sGS 841.32 Art. 8 applies to the entire submission of St.Gallen law according to the information given in section 4.4 of the procedural principles. Place of jurisdiction is St.Gallen.
RInstruction on the right to appeal: Within 10 days of the publication in the Cantonal Official Journal, the Administrative Court of the Canton of St.Gallen, Webergasse 8, 9001 St.Gallen, may appeal in writing. The complaint must contain an application, a statement of the facts and a reason. This invitation to tender must be enclosed. There are no court holidays.
