3. Terms and method of payment:
The Contracting Authority pays by bank transfer to a specified by the contractor account within 20 (twenty) calendar days after delivery against a submitted original invoice, accompanied by a delivery receipt certificate. The assignor will remove from participation in the procedure a participant for which one of the circumstances under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and / or item 4 and art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority will remove from participation in the tendering procedure a tender whose performance proposal does not meet all the conditions of the technical specification. Where a participant in the procedure is a consortium which is not a legal person, a copy of the document shall be required showing the legal basis for the formation of the grouping as well as the rights and obligationsthe distribution of responsibility among the members of the grouping, the activities that each member of the grouping will carry out in connection with this contract.
