subject matter for Part 1 is the provision of services purchase, supply and distribution of electricity (the electricity) providers to delivery points according to specific douseeb of the Contracting Authority and the Recipients for the duration of the Framework Agreement, in the quality of the corresponding specification specified in the Technical Conditions of the Distributor, including the assumption of the responsibility for the deviation and its distribution by the Distributor to its approximately 3200 power points for the period from January 1, 31.12.2022, with estimated quantity of electricity removedduring the implementation of the framework agreement, approximately 1 803 000 MWh. The subject of the contract for part 1 is the provision of services for the purchase, supply and distribution of electrical power. energy (donly electricity) Provider to the collection points according to the specific needs of the contracting authority and the Recipients for the duration of the framework agreement, in the quality corresponding to the specification specified in the Technical Conditions of the distributor, including the assumption of the responsibility for the deviation and its distribution through distribution distribution to his / electricity collection points for the period-from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2022, with an estimated quantity of electricity taken during the implementation of the framework agreement of about 1 803 000 MWh. The buildings of the contracting authority and of the receivers are of an administrative nature. The public procurement may be awarded to an economic entity which fulfills the exigent terms of the person's personal status under - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. a cock(hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and the amendment of certain laws in the wording of later regulations. The applicant shall prove that he / she fulfills the conditions of his / her personal status under - 32 par. 1 of the Act with documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, resp. according to - 32 par. 4 and 5 of the Act. The criminal impropriety of a legal person is required, in accordance with the law no. 91/2016 Z. z. on criminal liability of law enforcement officialsb and on amendments to certain laws. The economic entity may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part with a single European document pursuant to Section 39 1 law. The demonstration of the conditions of part-time is also effective against the public procurer by means of the entry in the list of economic subjects pursuant to - 152 par. 1 and 4 of the Act. Bookkeeper entered in the list of farmersaccording to the law, the entities are not obliged to submit documents in the public procurement process pursuant to - 32 par. 2 of the Act. The public procurer shall recognize an equivalent entry as entered in the list of economic entities under the law or the certificate of registration shall be issued by the competent authority of another Member State by which the tenderer proves that the conditions for participation in the public procurement have been fulfilled. The contracting authority acceptsand an equivalent document submitted by the applicant. In the event that a group of contractors is awarded a contract, proof of compliance with the terms and conditions for the personal status of each member of the group shall be required. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) the law proves the member of the group only in relation to the part of the object of the order to ensure it does not applyThe Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic as a public contracting authority pursuant to - 7 par. 1 letter. a) the law in accordance with - 15 par. 1 letter. (a) the law (hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority) is a central procurement organization within the meaning of Article 15 of the Act and fulfills all the obligations which it derives from the relevant legal provisions in the application of public procurement procedures. The contracting authority ensuresthe central procurement process is a public tender procedure resulting in the conclusion of a framework agreement between the contracting authority and the successful tenderers (maximum 6) fulfilling the conditions of the contracting authority and the requirements of the contracting authority for the subject of the contract stated in the tender notice and in those supporting documents.
