Achiziționarea de echipamente pentru dezvoltarea sistemelor de interblocare și control access of the ELI-NP facility

The purpose of this award procedure is the acquisition of equipment for developing the interlocking and access control systems of the ELI-NP facility.
Main Site : Str. Reactor no. 30, Magurele, Ilfov county.
Lot 1: electrical panels and automation equipment.
For each lot, the unique bidder / offerthe associated aunt / subcontractor / third party supporter must prove that they do not comply with the provisions of art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. In this respect, the sole bidder / associate bidder / subcontractor / third party supporter will complete the DUAE "Reasons for exclusion" for each batch.for fertility, will present, for each lot individually, at the request of the contracting authority, the following edifying documents proving / confirming the non-classification in the situations provided in art. 164, 165, 167 above, both for the single bidder / the associated bidder and for the subcontractor / third party supporting the declared in the offer:
- the criminal record of the economic operator and the membersto the administration, management or supervision body of the respective economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive document,
- Romanian legal persons must to present a certificate of fiscal attestation regarding the fulfillment of the tax payment obligations, yourx or contributions to the general consolidated budget, from which the lack of outstanding debts at the time of presenting this certificate,
- Foreign legal entities will present any edifying documents issued by the authorized institutions of the country of origin (certificates of fiscal attestation, judicial filings, other equivalent documents, etc.) to prove that -has fulfilled the obligations to pay taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget, in accordance with the national legislation of the country of residence of the single bidder / associate bidder / subcontractor / third party supporter or of the country in which the sole bidder / associate bidder / subcontractor / the supporting third party is established. From the edifying documents presented I mustie to show the lack of outstanding debts at the time of presentation,
- certificates / payments / documents that prove / confirm the failure to comply in the situations provided in art. 167 para. (1), both for the single bidder / the associated bidder and for the supporting subcontractor / third party declared in the offer (if applicable),
- supporting documents to prove the offerthe unique aunt / the associated bidder as well as for the supporting subcontractor / third party declared in the offer is in the provisions of art. 166 para. (2), art. 167 para. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement with subsequent amendments and completions (if applicable),
- other documents, as the case may be.
The sole bidder / the associated bidder / the subcontractor / the third party supportit must not be found in the situations provided in art. 59-60 of Law no. 98/2016. The persons with decision function within the contracting authority are:
