Provision of coffee machines and related food supplies for the GHdC

Provision of machinery coffee and related food supplies for the GHdC.

Provision of coffee machines and supplies of consumables-associated with the GHdC.

Base:

The provision, delivery, installation, commissioning of new coffee machines, consumables, daily maintenance training, preventive maintenance and hotfix and implementation and compliance with SLA for:

- Type 1: basic dispenser: coffee and hot water, cups and thermo;

- Type 2: distributor only--with hot water and coffee;

- Type 3: multi dispenser (3 products): cocoa, milk, coffee, hot water, cups and thermo 1 to 5 liters.

This market includes a mandatory variant.

Mandatory variant:

The provision, delivery, installation, commissioning of used coffee machines, consumables, training in daily maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance andimplementation and compliance with the SLA for:

- Type 1: basic dispenser: coffee, deca and hot water, cups and thermo;

- Type 2: dispenser only with hot water and coffee;

- Type 3: distributor multi (3 products): cocoa, coffee, milk, coffee, hot water, cups and thermo from 1 to 5 liters.

Selection criteria relating to economic and financial capacity (Article 67 of the Royal Decreeof 18.4.2017 relating to the award of public contracts in the traditional sectors)

The tenderer shall justify for the execution of this contract a financial capacity by justifying a turnover.

The tenderer must have completed the course over the past 3 financial years an average annual turnover for activities directly related to the provision of mcoffee machines and supplies of associated food consumables, as described in the present special specifications, of at least EUR 100 000.
