CPV Description:

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania intends to purchase the following encryption equipment:

1) main encoders up to 2 (ciphering equipment). two) pcs;

2) auxiliary encoder up to 65 (sixty five)unit

Supplier (also all members of the supplier group if the offer is submitted by the supplier group) and the operators whose capacity is based on the suppliers must meet the requirements for the absence of grounds for elimination. The tenderer must submit only the European General Procurement Document (EBTP) to the tender.
