HR diagnostics and support and skills for companies adhering to OPCO mobilities

OPCO mobilites wishes to be able to entrust consulting firms with diagnostic services in Human Resources (HR) and Forecast Management jobs and skills (GPEC) as well as support services, to helpcompanies to implement the recommendations from the diagnosis. These services will be aimed at member companies of OPCO mobilit-s and will mainly concern companies with less than 50 employees.

Trade, repair and repair of motor vehicles as well as trade and repair of industrial vehicles (IDCC 1090) (in addition to trade and of automotive repair are comitted vehicle rental activities, demolisher-recyclers, washing stations, parking lots, technical control, retail trade of fuels).

The multi-award framework agreement is concluded without minimum or maximum amount. The budget indicated is estimated. Selection criteria for all lots on 100 points:

- technical value (70 points) including expertise in termes of HR / GPEC diagnosis and support especially with SMEs (25 points),

- taking into account sectoral / branch specificities in the response (20 points),

- knowledge of the economic fabric of the sector and the territory covered by lot (15 points) and composition,

- the expertise and availability of the team (10 points).

The price criterion represents 30 points. If 1 candidateobtains a score strictly below 30/100, his offer will not be classified and it is therefore considered non-responsive.
