Submission for the regular cleaning of the National Library of Luxembourg to be executed at the new site of the National Library of Luxembourg 37D Avenue John F. Kennedy to L-1855, Luxembourg / Kirchberg.

A mandatory site visit, which will take approximately one hour and 30 minutes to complete, will take place on Wednesday.24.4.2019 (9:30). Appointment at the main entrance of the BNL site 37D, avenue John F. Kennedy at L-1855, Luxembourg / Kirchberg.

A list of presence will be established on the spot.

Bidders who do not attend the mandatory visit will be excluded from the contract. A maximum of 2 people are admitted per firm.

The names and functions of the people who will participate in the visite obligatory places must be communicated by email to the e-mail address: service-technique@bnl.etat.lu no later than the day before the visit.

Parking is not provided on the site.
