Turku University Cleaning Services Medisiina (AC) -Dentalia-area

The University of Turku is asking for more detailed information on the cleaning area in the annexe 1 (quadruple cleanup level). and additional cleaning services. The buildings are located at address Address: Chamamyllynkatu 10 (Medissa) and Lemminkaeinen Street 2 (Dentalia). The facilities consist of the office space and the premises that are under research and teaching. Facilities include the myoes of pathology and the legal discipline of the discipline of dental science clinics. Continuous changes to the premises during the contract period are a special feature of the acquisition. Individuals can, for whatever reason, have toto move to a maerial or permanent, to another similar space in the Medisiina-Dentalia area, respectively, the cleaning services will have to be produced in myoes in new destinations.

The call for tenders applies to the buildings listed in Annex 1, with possible changes during the contract period, overhaul and additional cleaning services. The location of the buildings is reflected in the regional map, liite 2 (Campus Map). In Appendix 3, Med A-C, the Supplementary Data Sheet is provided as a general description of Medisi A-C status and repairs of spaces. In Appendix 1, the number of five (5) different levels of cleanliness (level of purity) (1a, 1b, 2, 3 and 4) in each building is specified on the basis of the information at the moment of the building. Each cleaning level describes the milestone level required by the subscriber. OfferIn order to ensure the commonality of the tenderers, the tenderer should be required to carry out a tender calculation in accordance with the quadriceps in Annex 1. In the announcement of abusers, the cleaning levels can be changed from the unilateral announcement of the subscriber as in the invitation to tender / in the document attached to the invitation to tender. University facilitieshas been divided into five (5) different purity levels 1a, 1b, 2, 3 and 4 for overfeed cleaning.
