Plant Maintenance Services

Reference Number: HUS 204-2018

Offering the service description described in Annex 2.1 (Service Descriptions) (overpayment cleaning, basic cleaning, washing of windows and walnut glasses, except for the cleaning of special windows), requesting a tender for the service areas described Annex 3 (Price Bond). Respectivethe price range for the service area is approx. Target area of the service area (address, address, scope, area, facility maintenance and density). The service areas are part of the HUS municipal community's own activities and are part of the social and health activities of the City of Helsinki.

The object of the acquisition is an institution maintenance service that is responsible for the overpayment, basic cleaning and windowsand washing of walks. The plant maintenance service does not include such windows and walks (special windows) for which washing is required by lifters, safety equipment (eg harnesses) or special operations. As a plant maintenance service, there is also a separate cleaning and cleaning service that is required for ordering.
