This procedure is subject to the provisions of Articles 25-I.1 and 67a. 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. It is passed pursuant to article 78 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the framework agreementss. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders (cleaning inside, outside common areas and garbage service on the assets of the Valophis group) without minimum - or maximum, over the duration of the agreement- framework as provided for in Article 2.1 of the Consultation Regulation and concluded with an economic operator.

This is a benefitcleaning, indoor and outdoor garbage and garbage services on the property of the Valophis Group

Applicants must use forms DC1 * (letter of application) and DC2 * (declaration of the candidate) attached to the file of consultation of companies or the Single European Electronic Market Document (eDUME) to submit their application. These documentss are also available for free at: http://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-marches-publicslast versions (update 26.10.2016). These forms will contain the elements indicated below: information concerning the legal status of the company as provided for in article 48 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 (see list of the documents to be produced - Article 4.1 of the regulation of the consultation).
