The Laboratory for Clinical Biology of the OLV of Lourdes Hospital Waregem processes a total of around 85000 orders on an annual basis. This gives rise to approximately 6 500 work samples per week, of which around 80% for non-microbiological analyzes. For the chemical routine analyzes, this translates into 560 000 determinations on an annual basis.

The objective of this assignment is to replace the current analytical apparatus for chemistry, as well as to increase efficiency, while maintaining quality and enhancement.ng of the speed of reporting (Turn-Around-Time (TAT).

The OLV of Lourdes hospital, as a regional hospital, considers high quality and patient safety of paramount importance. In the current financial precarious climate, the solution offered serves at least 7 be able to run on initially supplied and delivered hardware.The lab wishes to have access to analystische systems that are of high quality and offer the necessary guarantees for continuous and long-term use, with efficient use of laboratory staff. The tenderer guarantees to provide a platform that allows it to respond to new evolutions and innovations over a period of at least 10 years.

The workflow and traceability in the laboratory must increase in efficiency andthe new platform should lead to a reduction in TCO.

Delivery place: Clinical Biology lab, OLV van Lourdes Hospital Waregem vzw, Vijfseweg 150, 8790 Waregem

Duration: 7 years

Delivery must take place in consultation with the clinical biology laboratory. The tenderer must indicate in his tender the minimum period required for this delivery (see II.4)

Explanation applicable for this total project: the assignment concerns the installation, connection, programming of the specific sample flow to the analytical device, commissioning, LIS connection, technical and user training, functional and operational validation, parameter validation according to validation plan by the Clinical Biology Lab of the OLV of LourdesHospital Waregem, implementation and after-sales service (via maintenance contract) of the devices involved for in-vitro diagnostics. The tenderer guarantees to provide a system that allows it to remain at the forefront of the evolution for a period of at least 8 years if necessary by updating or extending the system in function of time.he is not in one of the exclusion situations as referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17.6.2016

The UEA, whereby the tenderer declares that he meets the following selection criteria:

2) the tenderer must use his financial capacity to complete the deliveryt to be demonstrated on the basis of:

(a) a statement of the total turnover and turnover related to the assignment, over the last 3 financial years,

(b) proof of professional liability insurance with indication of the amount;

(c) an appropriate bank statement. This is understood to mean a statement from the bank about the condition of the tenderer in relation to thespecial requirements of the assignment, whereby the bank declares that the client has the financial capacity to perform the assignment;

(d) financial ratios: liquidity, solvency and profitability of the last 3 years
