The subject of the public contract is the supply of amino acids and chemicals necessary for fulfilling key project activities, the list of which, including the technical specification and the required quantity, is given in Annex No. 5 to the Tender Documentation, whichand form at the same time a table for filling in bid prices, while the technical parameters of the contracting authority`s requirements are also given here.

The Supplier shall prove the fulfillment of the conditions of basic eligibility set out in - 74 par. a) - e) Act in the form according to - 75 par. 1 letter a) - f) of the Act
The Supplier proves the fulfillment of professional competence according to - 77 of the Act in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting:
