1. The subject of this procurement procedure is the sorption of 2 (two) automatic gaspurchase of an on-line analyzer according to the specification in Annex 1 of HD.

2. The contract is flexible when it comes to concluding the contract and is valid until the end of the warranty period. The deadline for the delivery of equipment is 7 (seven) months from the date of signing the contract. The warranty period starts to run as of the date of signing the act of giving and receiving (the warranty period is 3 years).
