The subject of the order includes the preparation and daily delivery of diets for patients with compromised immunity, hospitalized in "St. George" EAD, Plovdiv ", the characteristics of xare described in a technical specification that is enclosed in the documentation for participation. The amount of the order is also set within the estimated value of the order for 12 months - 320 000 BGN. Account should also be taken of the option to extend the contract for a further 12 months in which a link is foreseen and a maximum contract value of BGN 640 000 excluding VAT - for the maximumpossible contract duration of 24 months

The participant should have at least one food production / processing facility to be used to fulfill the contract. The site shall be duly registered in accordance with Art. 12 of the Food Law or an equivalent foreign registration provided that it is applicable in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.prior to signing the contract, the designated contractor shall submit a certified copy of the document certifying the registration. Within the offer, the participants declare compliance with the requirement by filling in the EEDOP in the following part - Part IV "Selection Criteria" in the following parts - "Fitness" sub-item 1.

1. Guarantees specified by the procuring entity with an announcementthe initiating procedure is as follows:

The Contracting Authority requires a performance guarantee of 1% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT, for the first 12 months of the contract. The performance guarantee is presented by the designated contractor in one of the following forms:

The participant designated as contractor chooses the form of the performance guarantee (monetary, banking or insurance), in the case of cash or banking, The guarantee can be represented on behalf of the contractor on behalf of third parties - the guarantor.

When the selected contractor is an association which is not a legal entity, each of the partners in it may be the ordering party for the bank guarantee or the amount of the guarantee or the holder of the insurance

The assignor has the right to withhold the performance guarantee provided that the contractorhas failed to fulfill partially or fully its obligations under the public procurement contract. The performance guarantee shall be withheld and released under the terms and conditions laid down in the contract for performance of the procurement. Pursuant to Art. 55, para. (1) (5) of the PPA, the contracting authority shall require the removal of a participant who has attempted to: (a) influence the decision by the(b) obtain information that may give him an unjustified advantage in the procurement procedure.

The Contracting Authority shall also enforce the mandatory grounds for disqualification under PPL

4. The description in the Options field and Renewal box refers to the same hypothesis of extension of the contract term in the absence of a new contract for the same subject under the terms and conditions of the PPL with an additional period of 12 months. Estimates for the additional period are the same as for the first 12 months -regular delivery of prepared meals according to the order specification at estimated value of BGN 320 000 excluding VAT.
