1. The subject of the contract includes the preparation, delivery and serving of meals. Main Site: a) building a canteen located in a closed area at OPP Piaseczno at ul. Puławska 44 E,

1. The subject of the order is the service of preparing, delivering and serving meals

2.The Employer plans to organize 8 training editions (90 days) for about 400 policemen in each edition.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Chapter II documentation of the procedure posted on the Purchasing Platform.

4. The Employer does not request a bid bond from the Contractors.

5. Offer validity period: 60 days (2 months).

6. The contracting authority requires employment on the basis ofemployment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26.6.1974 Labor Code (i.e. performance of the subject of the contract.
