Reference Number: Caterers

The services are cocktails buffets of different natures, complete meals, banquets for senior citizens.t meal trays. Estimated number of guests: cocktails: 10 to 100 or 101 to 500 or 501 to 1, 000 guests buffet 15 or 15 to 50 regular dinners: 2 to 20 senior meals: minimum 500 guests a day over a week end, supply and delivery of meal trays: from 2 to 70 guests, the expenses in 2018 were as follows: lot 1: 22 500 EUR (including tax), lot 2: 1 313 EUR (including tax), lot 3: 28, 761 EUR (including VAT), lot 4: 3, 475 EUR (including taxes). It is specified that these amounts and quantities are given as an indication and do not commit the city to order. The appendix of the CCAP details the operating modalities of this multi-attribute CA (max 3 per batch). Estimated date of notification: November 2019. Estimated date of commencement of benefits: January 2020.

The minimum and maximum annual order are:

- minimum: 10 000 EUR HT / year,

- maximum: 25 000 EUR HT / year.

These amounts do not correspond to amounts per owner but are the amounts relating to the totality of the services per lot.

Samples: the candidates will have to submit samples for a tasting which will be organized in the locals of the city to appreciate the quality and presentation of dishes proposed in the menus. Samples will be analyzed under the TV of the offerby the tasting committee consists of people representing the city. For this purpose, after receipt of the tenders, a letter specifying the quantities, the date and the methods of delivery of the dishes and cards of the products will be sent to the tenderers concerned. Tenderers must provide for the lot for 4 meals or trays maximum. No compensation will beee for the delivery of samples. As a preview, the tasting will take place in October.

Response time to requests for quotation:

Lots 1, 2 and 4: the time limits are as follows:

- non-urgent quotations (small and medium volume events) : 48 hours,

- non-urgent quotations with menu proposals (for major events): 21 days max,

- urgent quotes: 4 hours.

Lot 3: The limit period with menu proposals is 21 days maximum. The Request for Quotation will identify the type of event (small to medium or major) and the type of emergency. The projected dates of performance of the services will be provided; in case of modification of dates after issuance of the order form, these modifications will not give rise to the increase of the pRestitution.

Miscellaneous: In case of modification of premises of preparation, laboratories and vehicles of delivery, the holders, of which they will have knowledge, will have to provide to the city a copy of the approvals and authorization allowing him to use them in a delay of 24 hours

Delivery time:

Lots 1, 2 and 4: delivery to be made at least 2 hours before the beginning of thedelivery.

Lot 3: the delivery at least 4 hours before the beginning of the service.

Terms of allocation of the BC:

1) services of small and medium volumes of lots 1, 2 and 4: No reopening of competition holders is planned. The allocation of CB will be made according to a rolling mechanism established according to the order of classification of the 3 holders. In case of non-response by the holder inWithin two days, the city may address the following owner in the order of the classification.

2) Major events of Lots 1, 2 and 4 Lot 3: the 3 holders will be put back in competition according to the modalities indicated in the appendix of the CCAP.

The criteria for these competitions will be:

1) technical value in view of the proposed service (60%);

2) price in view of the amount in euro (s) excluding VAT of thevis offers (40%). As an indication, the major events identified on the day of the conclusion of the AC are:

- lot 1: cocktail greetings of the mayor for about 1, 000 people,

- lot 3: the banquet of seniors with a minimum of 500 guests a day on a weekend,

- Lot 4: provision of meal trays of 24 and 31 December for about 70 people each of these dates. Manifemajor stations may be identified during implementation according to the free appreciation of the RPA.
