Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract that is expected to be awarded during the duration of the framework agreement: Between a minimum of 4, 532, 949.24 RON and a maximum of 5, 131, 749, 87 RON for a number of portions between minimum:259 686 and maximum 298 620.

Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: the contracts following the framework agreement will be concluded monthly, at the beginning of each year until the approval of the revenue and expenditure budget of S.C.J.U. Constanta and maximum for a period of nine (nine) months after approval of the revenue and expenditure budget. Deadline until which clarification can be requestedto the awarding documentation: 17 days before the closing date for submission of tenders. In accordance with Art. 161 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will clearly and completely answer the clarification requests / additional information regarding the awarding documentation on the 10th day before the deadline set for submitting the bids in the announcement of theThe following minimum qualification requirements are required:

Tenderers, supporting third parties (if applicable) and subcontractors (if any) should not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 164, 165, 167 and 60 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be presented at the request of the contracting authorityonly by the bidder placed on the 1st place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the bids.
