Partial offers are not allowed. for countries that have not adhered to the WTO Agreements: none.

Negotiations: none. The tenderer is required to submit his mostadvantageous.

Conditions governing the procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to contractors who guarantee compliance with the provisions on the protection of workers, working conditions and equal pay for men and women

Indication of the remedies: according to art. 30 LMP, the present publicatit may be attacked, within 20 days of its notification, at the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box 9023 St. Gall. The appeal memorial, to be presented in 2 copies, will indicate the conclusions, reasons and means of proof and will bear the signature of the appellant party or his representative; will be attached a copy of this publication and the documentsas evidence, when available.

Closing time for submission of tenders / Remarks:

a) in case of delivery to Armasuisse: the following points must be respected when handed over to the lodge (reception) of the administrative building of Armasuisse, Kasernenstrasse 19, 3003 Bern, for the attention of the WTO CC Armasuisse:

- opening hours of the lodge: 7:00 - 17:00 (offers noe can not be delivered outside these hours),

- postponed until 4 pm on the deadline indicated above, with an acknowledgment of receipt issued by Armasuisse.

b) By post: the postage stamp or bar code of the service provider making the shipment is determinative (the date of the stamp affixed by the undertaking is not authentic)

c) in the case of delivery to a representativediplomatic or consular agency of Switzerland: the certificate of acceptance issued by the representation in question is authentic. The acknowledgment of receipt must be sent to the e-mail address indicated in section 1.2 at the latest until the deadline for submission of the offer.

Remarks (time required to ask questions in writing): if questions appear when developingthe offer, they can be posed exclusively in the form of anonymous questions in the simap.ch FAQ - Each question must be asked separately in the forum (one question per entry).
