1.1 The Applicant must comply with the conditions for participation in personal status according to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended(hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act) and to prove their fulfillment by submitting original documents or certified copies thereof pursuant to Section 32 2, resp. ods. 4 and / or 5 of the Public Procurement Act, as follows:

(a) neither he nor his statutory body, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the Supervisory Body, nor the Prosecutor, are convicted of a corrupt act, a criminal offense to the detriment of the financial interests of the European Communities, a criminal offense of the act of legalizing the admission of a criminal offense, the offense of founding, representing and supporting a criminal group, the offense of founding, representing or supporting a terrorist group, a terrorist offense and some forms of terrorism, people, a criminal offense, which is actually a crimetata suvisi with the undertaking or the criminal act of machining in public procurement and public auction. The Applicant must also comply with the provisions of Act No. 91/2016 Z. z. on the criminal liability of legal persons and on the amendment of certain laws, which came into force on 1.7.2016. 1.2 The Applicant proves that the conditions for part-time compliance under 1.1 are as follows:

2.1

The economic and financial status of the applicant proves in accordance with - 33 par. 1, letter. a) the law on public procurement by submitting a statement of the bank or a branch of a foreign bank in which the applicant has established an account.andardu:
