The purpose of this procedure is the management of the CPAM des Yvelines company restaurant, located at 92 avenue de Paris, 78014 Versailles.

In accordance with article 9 of the consultation rules, candidates must visit the site before submitting offers. The visits must be held no later than 21.2.2020. During the analysis procedure and in order to judge one of the criteria referred to in article 14 of the consultation regulations, a group of maximum 8 people from the organization will carry out a visit and atasting (starter, main course, dessert and bread) on a site proposed by the candidate. The candidate will ensure that the service is provided by the head proposed, free of charge, to perform the service of the CPAM 78. The latter must also be present. The organization will observe the management of the restaurant including its hygiene. The restaurant offered should be located primarily in Ile-de-France. The visits will take place between week 13 and week 14. The organization will contact at least 72 hours in advance with the candidate, to define a date and the number of people present.
