The subject matter of the order is

Modernization and adaptation of PZGiK databases of Dąbrowa Gornicza, Jaworzno, Sosnowiec, Gmina of Tychy, Poviat Będziński, Bieruńsko-Lędziński Poviat as part of a partnership project entitled "Increasese the institutional capacity and effectiveness of public administration through the expansion and modernization of reference databases of poviat public registers. "

The order is implemented as part of a project co-financed from the funds of the Regional Operational Program of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020 for Measure 2.1. Support for the development of digital public services, Axis priority IIśląskie.

Order implemented in the so-called tasks related to the subject for each of the Partners: - Task 1 Modernization and adaptation of PZGiK databases maintained by the partner city Dąbrowa Gornicza - Task 2 Modernization and adaptation of PZGiK databases maintained by the partner of the City of Jaworzno - Task 3 Modernization and adaptation of PZGiK databases run by the partnerra City of Sosnowiec - Task 4 Modernization and adaptation of PZGiK databases run by the partner of the Municipality of Tychy

Task 5 Modernization and adaptation of PZGiK databases run by the partner Poviat Będziński

Task 6 Modernization and adaptation of PZGiK databases maintained by the partner Powiat Bieruńsko Lędziński

To the main Contractor's tasks shall be performed for eachfrom partners of works in the scope of:

1) Digitalization, indexation and archiving of PZGiK source materials,

2) Modernization of land and building records,

3) Construction of BDOT500 base and extension of GESUT database in particular in terms of agreeing initial base.

A detailed description of tasks and conditions for the implementation of the order are included in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference "Technical Conditions".

I. The order does not put a warunkow in the above range. II.1.Zam.wykluczy z post. In order tocompliance with the Contractor whose offer has been rated the most, conditions for participation in the proceedings, in accordance with art. 26 par. 1 of the Act, the Contracting Authority will call for submission within 10 days, the following declarations and documents valid as at the date of their submission: - Documents confirming that the contractor is insured against civil liability in respect of the business relatedj with the subject of the order for the guarantee sum determined by the Ordering Party.

II. The Contractor joining the tender is obliged to submit a bid bond in the amount of PLN 100, 000.00 (in words: one hundred thousand zlotys) in the forms specified in art. 45 par. 6 Public Procurement Laws

III. The ordering requiresprovide a performance guarantee of 5% of the gross price specified in the offer. IV. Contractors jointly applying for the award of this contract should meet the conditions for participation in the procedure set out in point 8 of the ToR and submit documents and statements confirming compliance with these conditions in accordance with the provisions contained in point 9 of the Terms of Reference. In the case of a joint applicationfor the award of this order by two or more Contractors, documents and statements listed in point 9.1.2. and 9.4. The SIWZ must be submitted by each of them or by a representative on behalf of each of them. EAT mentioned in point 9.1.1. The ToR is submitted by each of the Contractors jointly applying for the order.
