Other information: attention: two recent conditions appear in the present procedure:

- the employment contract signed between the candidate and the tenderer must be signed at the mothe deposit of the offer (and be attached to it); it must enter into force no later than the date indicated for the start of the mission. A simple promise of exclusivity is no longer enough;

- a margin taken by the tendering service company of more than 40% will now be considered as eliminatory. The calculation of the margin is specified in the CCCC (downloadable document).

Indication of remedies: as this invitation to tender is subject to the Geneva regulations on the award of public contracts (RSGe L. 6 05.01), it may be appealed within ten days of its publication in the FAO with the Administrative Chamber of the Geneva Court of Justice, 10 rue Saint-Leger, PO Box 1956, 1211 Geneva 1. The appeal must be filed in two exemployees, refer to the present call for tenders and contain the duly motivated conclusions, with indication of the means of evidence as well as the signature of the appellant. It should also be both precise and concise. Due to the pandemic, the OCSIN window is closed. The complete offers according to point 1.15 must be delivered exclusively either by email to the electronic address AIMP.LSE@etat.ge.ch - with copy to pascal.verniory@etat.ge.ch - or by post to the following address: confidential office cantonal des information and digital systems for the attention of the legal department, Rue du Grand-Pre, 64-66 PO Box 2285, 1211 Geneva 2. Offers sent by email toshould preferably be sent in .zip format, but can also be sent in .docx, .pdf or.xlsx format. Tenders sent by post must be sent in two electronic copies (only on USB key, excluding any other digital medium). Tenders which will not be received or delivered to the contracting authority in the forms and within the time allowed (see section 1.4), complete and accompanied by the required supporting documents, will not be taken into account.

Comments (deadline for asking questions in writing) the additional questions must be grouped as follows: legal questions, technical questions and functional questions. Additional questions should be sent exclusively to the email address AIMP.LSE@ etat.ge.ch - within the time limits (see section 1.3). After this time, questions will not be taken into account. The replies will be communicated to all the tenderers, to the electronic address which they will have indicated at the time of their downloading of the tender dossier, in a common form and.
