Other information: attention: two recent conditions appear in the present procedure:

- the employment contract signed between the candidate and the tenderer must be signed at the mothe deposit of the offer (and be attached to it); it must enter into force no later than the date indicated for the start of the mission. A simple promise of exclusivity is no longer enough;

- a margin taken by the tendering service company of more than 40% will now be considered as eliminatory. The calculation of the margin is specified in the CCCC (downloadable document).

Indication of remedies: as this invitation to tender is subject to the Geneva regulations on the award of public contracts (RSGe L. 6 05.01), it may be appealed within ten days of its publication in the FAO with the Administrative Chamber of the Geneva Court of Justice, 10 rue Saint-Leger, PO Box 1956, 1211 Geneva 1. The appeal must be filed in two exemployees, refer to the present call for tenders and contain the duly motivated conclusions, with indication of the means of evidence as well as the signature of the appellant. It should also be both precise and concise. Due to the pandemic, the OCSIN window is closed.
