Event services.

Hire and set up of grand stand for Svendborg Municipality in conjunction with the holding of the national convention in 2021

in connection with the holding of the national convention in 2021, in week 26. In this connection, the present task is offered bestend of hire, delivery, set-up, removal of temporary stands for national convention stadium. The stand to be placed on an already existing violence. The grandstand consists of smaller grandstands as shown in the attached pictures in requirement specification appendix 2.

The tender concerns the rent and set up of a large grandstand for the municipality of Svendborg, in connection with holdingsee of the national convention in 2021, in week 26. In this connection, the present task consisting of rent, delivery, set-up, removal of temporary stands is offered to the national convention stadium. The stand to be placed on an already existing violence. The stand consists of smaller stands as shown in the attached pictures in requirement specification appendix 2.

There is a requirement that within the last 3 rainskabsar has been as follows:

1) positive equity;

2) annual turnover of 3 500 000.

Negotiations are expected to be held. The contracting authority, however, reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offer without negotiation.

15.4.2020.

In accordance with the schedule, the tenderer must submit an initial tender.

As part of the initial tender, the tenderer is invited to submit a negotiating order; that the tenderer has recognized a "risk" in connection with the submission of the tender, or which the tenderer finds uappropriate in relation to the overall purpose of the agreement, or other points which the tenderer wishes to discuss at the negotiation meeting. The contracting entity will then involve this document in the negotiations with the tenderer. Completion of this document will not be considered as a reservation and is confidential.an agenda for the meeting. If the tenderer has special wishes for the date of the negotiation, cf. the schedule, this can be stated in connection with the submission of preliminary tenders. The contracting entity will try to take into account any wishes in connection with the allocation of negotiation dates.

9.2 Any further rounds of negotiation:

The contracting entity reserves the right to hold furthernegotiation rounds, provided the feedback at the negotiating meetings creates a need for this. The contracting entity ensures that all bidders are notified at the same time of any further rounds of negotiation as well as receive the agenda for these negotiating meetings.
